POLICIES
You are required to book online through the online booking system to be guaranteed a secure booking. A $40 booking fee is required upon booking which will be credited towards your service on the day of your appointment.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out at 48 hours either by text, email or both. Please, if you cannot attend, contact the phone number provided in your confirmation ASAP. Failure to notify with at least 24hrs notice will result in a loss of booking fee. If you notify with at least 24hrs notice, your booking fee will be credited towards your next appointment as this is non-refundable.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. As a working mum, I understand the occasional family emergency may arise unexpectedly. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
ARRIVE ON TIME Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
RUNNING LATE / NO SHOWS If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not made contact to advise me you will be required to reschedule & will lose your booking fee.
PREPARING YOUR FACE/LASHES FOR A SERVICE Please come to your appointment make-up free. Please refrain from using mascara, moisturiser, sunscreen or any other oil based products on your eye/lashes prior to your appointment or on the day of your appointment. A $10 cleaning fee will apply if you wear make-up or have mascara on your lashes. Having a clean face/lashes will help with retention as the lashes will be able to bond easier to your natural lash.
INFILLS To be able to get an infill you must have AT LEAST 15 lashes per eye and your set cannot be more than 4 weeks old. If it has been longer than 4 weeks since your last set and you have less than 15 lashes on each eye you will be charged for a FULL SET.
CONTACT LENSES It is preferable that you wear glasses and do not wear contacts to your appointment, if necessary please bring your contacts case and a pair of glasses to your appointment as you will be required to take them out before your appointment.
REFUND POLICY I do not offer refunds on any completed services. I do however offer a 72 hour guarantee (see TOUCH-UPS) on all of my services. If you experience an allergic reaction to lash extensions I will remove them free of charge, provided you have a doctors clearance as I do not want to put you at risk of further allergic reactions.
TOUCH-UPS If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so. After this time any further application is considered an infill.
